The Rhythm Series was introduced in 1936. Some of the most beautiful and most uncommon of all the Arvin sets are included in this series. The photo gallery below includes several photos of various sets as well as scans from an original sales flyer that includes several sets from the 1935-36 series of original Arvin sets (they seemed to work hard to clean the shelves of old inventory back then!). One interesting note is that the sets that don't seem to "fit in" with the rest of the line-up, the Rhythm Portables (Models 407 & 507), were actually purchased from Detrola (D.R.Co.) and re-marketed by Noblitt-Sparks with Arvin on the dial faces. The company seemed to take things one step at a time and apparently weren't yet ready to manufacture this type set.
